Online Fitness Programs
Customized Programs, Real Results
Committed To Hitting Your Fitness and Body Composition Goals
All exercise programs are fully customized to suit each individual’s unique goals, preferences, and requirements. Each program starts with us learning more about you through asking some simple but important questions, an optional but recommended initial consultation call with Aaron, followed by some simple basic assessments performed through the platform in order to help identify any areas exhibiting strength or flexibility imbalances that may need to be addressed first to “straighten the body before strengthening it”.
Our process differs greatly from the typical approach from most online training platforms and even many in-person trainers. In most other programs that advertise “custom programs”, you often get thrown right into a fairly standard “boilerplate” training plan that fails to address any existing imbalances or individual areas of concern. This only exacerbates the risk of injury by building upon a shaky foundation, lowering your likelihood of sticking with the exercise program or any new sustainable healthy habits, and reducing your overall success rate.
Each exercise program is typically designed to use proven, safe, and effective progression models that are appropriate for your level of experience. These always include some forms of Progressive Overload, and may also include the training concept of periodization, which is defined as the systematic application of overload through the pre-planned variation of program components to optimize improvements in any specific component(s) of fitness while preventing overuse, staleness, overtraining, and plateaus. Each program is adjusted weekly (as necessary or appropriate) in an ongoing collaborative effort with the client’s input from their performance in each workout, and/or from their feedback in their scheduled weekly check-ins. Through proper adherence to this program design, clients should make safe and steady progress toward their fitness goals.
Due to the highly individualized requirements and goals each client may have, as well as what facilities and equipment each person may or may not have access to, no two programs will likely ever look exactly alike. Exercise programs may include any combination of different types of resistance training, cardiorespiratory training, functional training, flexibility training, etc., depending on each client’s unique goals and situation.
*It is important to note that the results you achieve will likely be directly correlated to the amount of time, effort, and consistency you dedicate to following the programs that are designed for you. It is your responsibility to schedule your weekly check-ins in advance. We will provide you with the knowledge, tools, and support to help you reach your goals, but it’s up to you to get out there and actually implement all of the recommended workouts and positive changes to your life in order to succeed.
